Jwei SC1625 Digital Cutting Table

The SC1625 is a flatbed cutting table for rigid and flexible materials, with a 1600 × 2500 mm working area and a polygonal welded frame that keeps the gantry steady at speed. It cuts, creases, draws and routs on the same bed, so a sign shop or packaging department can take a job from sheet to finished part without moving it between machines.

The head carries two tool stations with quick-insert holders, so a knife and a second tool sit on the machine at the same time and change over plug-and-play, without recalibration. An oscillating knife, a fixed knife and a drawing tool are supplied; a foam oscillating knife, rotary knife, kiss-cut tool, press-cut knife, V-cut tools for honeycomb and grey board, creasing wheels, a perforating knife and a routing module can be added as the work requires.

Motion is handled by an advanced servo system running on linear bearings with belt and trapezoidal screw drive, with a motor positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and a control chip that updates in 0.00015 s. Repeatability is ±0.05 mm. The vacuum bed holds thin and slippery sheets flat, which matters when kiss-cutting self-adhesive vinyl or handling lamp sheet.

Cutting speed reaches 1800 mm/s and material thickness up to 50 mm, covering acrylic, PVC and PVC foam board, KT board, aluminium-composite panels, magnetic sticker and self-adhesive vinyl. The machine draws 9.5 kW from a 380 V supply, weighs 1150 kg and runs at 64 dB. Infrared and mechanical sensors plus an emergency stop guard the working area, and an automatic rigid-material feeding system and Engview software are available as options.
